With over 20 years working in the natural health industry and more than 15 years in clinical practice, Joanne has developed a deep passion for supporting people through a holistic mind-body approach to health.

She believes that each person holds an innate intelligence that can guide them toward greater physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Joanne’s interest in the human body began through dance, leading her to complete a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Dance) at the University of Western Sydney.

While studying nutrition, she discovered kinesiology and experienced first-hand the profound changes it brought to her family’s health and wellbeing. Inspired by these results, she undertook formal training and completed her Diploma in Kinesiology.

After relocating from Sydney to the Northern Rivers region of NSW in 2009, Joanne gained extensive clinical experience working at a wellness retreat and in private practice.

She later completed Faculty Teacher Training and taught at the Byron Kinesiology School, where she currently mentors existing students.

Her passion for integrative natural health led her to complete an Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Therapeutics, allowing her to incorporate herbal medicine, nutritional remedies and natural supplements into her kinesiology practice.

Joanne is registered with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and continues to support both clients and practitioners through her clinical work and mentoring.

“It is a privilege to provide natural health support that is gentle, holistic and accessible for people of all ages.”
